Where can i get a commercial mortgage on a Leasehold Property?

Any idea on where i can get a commercial mortgage on a leasehold property. I will have a 50% deposit on the property but would like the othe 50% as a mortgage. Also if i have a commercial mortgage can i also get a residential mortgage on another property and will this effect how much i could get?

Can I buy a commercial property as a residential property?

I am interested to buy a property for my retirement in a remote area so I can reside there. The part of property has commercial area which is a casual restaruant and an antique shop, but the majority of the property is a house. Also, I have no intention of running any of business but I would like to lease them to tenants. Can I still get a loan as a residential mortgage?

The property is £300 000 I have £30 000 deposit. It has shop space on first floor and an appartment above. I want to convert it to 100% residential.
