I want to buy a shop but I notice that alot of the estate agents mention leases of 15 years etc and having to pay 15000 upwards a year. do I still have to pay this even if I have bought the shop and if so how do I buy the freehold?

Can u take out two mortgage on the same commercial property in order to purchase it?

Wanting to purchase some commercial property for a large amount. I was thinking if I could take out two mortgages at the same time against it in order to have enough for the down payment of that property

Would like to sell my commercial property and have done so by putting ads in the newspaper. Many agents called up and wanted to co-broke. I’d prefer to deal with owners themselves as commission of agents are very high. Thanks!

I currently own a clothing store and business is good. We have been in business for 3 years. I want to open a second location and want to purchase a property but have little down payment. Base on the sales of my store now I will be able to pay the mortagage. Thanks
