On a commercial lease should you wait until your landlord has completed all repairs to pay your lease?
ByI pointed out things in the initial walk around 6 mos ago. She has taken care of some of them but not the major ones like two damaged areas in the ceiling from a water leak.

Yes I would, I got seriously screwed like that, they did repairs while I lived there and just rigged up some crappy contraption, then he wouldn’t give me back my security deposit and said I am the one that rigged up my wiring!!!!!!!! Wtf? why would I do some wiring? I don’t even know anything about wiring! Get pics of any repairs after you move in to document any changes.
oh yeah he also said I left a huge piece of unused drywall in the closet, why would I buy a sheet of drywall and leave it there
