Can my landlord terminate my business lease early?
ByI have had an argument with my landlord, and he is threatening to kick us out of our shop. Can he do this? We have 3 years left on the lease, all payments have been made on time & the property has been maintained in an excellent condition

You need to read your lease agreement that was signed and see if it states anything concerning the termination rights of the owner. That lease is a legal document that can be enforced by the law

Check your lease. There are several forms of “default”, which could entitle the landlord to evict, and not all of them have to do with rent. The landlord can evict if you are in default under the lease.
